2. Account Registration & KYC
Each player may hold only one (1) active account on vk888. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or permanently closed without notice. The full balance of any duplicate accounts may be forfeited. When creating your account, you agree to the following:

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited instantly subject to network availability.
- Only payment methods registered in the account holder's own name may be used. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
- vk888 does not accept cash or cryptocurrency deposits. All transactions are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Deposited funds may not be withdrawn until any applicable wagering requirement attached to an active bonus has been met. No interest is paid on account balances.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours, subject to successful KYC verification.
- Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used to fund the account. Cross-method transfers are not permitted.
- vk888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any large withdrawal. Documentation proving source of funds may be requested.
- Winnings resulting from a technical fault, pricing error, or duplicate bet placement will not be honoured. vk888 will restore the account balance to its state prior to the erroneous transaction.
All withdrawal requests are subject to anti-money-laundering (AML) screening. If any transaction is flagged as suspicious, vk888 may temporarily freeze the account and file a report with the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
vk888 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotions exclusively for registered players in Bangladesh. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions. Specific promotions may carry additional terms that supplement (but do not replace) these general rules.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and can only be converted to withdrawable cash after all applicable wagering requirements (rollover) have been completed.
- Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts will be treated as fraud.

vk888 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Tactics such as low-margin bet hedging or placing bets on both sides of an outcome specifically to clear a bonus without genuine risk will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
5. Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is lowered it takes effect immediately; increasing a limit carries a 7-day cooling-off period.

- Temporary Time-Out: Suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account for a minimum of 6 months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen period. We will make every effort to prevent you from creating a new account during this time.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The vk888 brand name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of vk888. Unauthorised use of any vk888 trademark — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vk888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if vk888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
vk888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions — regardless of the form of action — shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your vk888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Amendments to These Terms
vk888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
